Bright green matcha, all dressed up for gifting.
Our matcha comes from the Uji region of Kyoto, Japan, and it's packed fresh in Baltimore. It tastes grassy and sweet, with a deep umami finish and a note of unripe banana. Give it to the friend who orders an iced matcha latte every time, or pair it with a bamboo whisk for a complete matcha gift.
It's the same matcha we sell all year, now in a holiday tin you can keep.
Flavor notes: grassy, sweet, umami, unripe banana
Ingredients: matcha green tea

How to Make It
- In your matcha bowl, whisk 1.5 teaspoons (3 g) with a splash of 175 to 195°F water (or cold) into a smooth paste. Think brownie batter, no clumps.

Questions
Is this the same matcha as your pouch?
Yes. It's the same 40 g of matcha, in a holiday tin.
How many drinks does one tin make?
About 13 at 3 g per 12 oz. Lighter or stronger, that's 10 to 20.
Do I need a bamboo whisk?
It makes the smoothest, frothiest cup. A small handheld frother works too.
