CAN I RETURN OR GET A REFUND ON MY ORDER?
Typically, we are unable to return any looseleaf tea order because it is a food item. If there is a problem with your tea purchase, a refund or replacement will be given on a case-by-case basis. Please email hello@wighttea.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Tea wares and tea accessories may be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchasing party and/or the returning party. Prior to returning an item, please email hello@wighttea.com with your order number and a description of the reason for return. A refund or exchange will be approved and given once the product has been received.

Gift cards may not be returned.
All sales merchandise is final sale.
