LOCAL PICK-UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick-up in Baltimore from our Warehouse located at 3000 Falls Rd, Baltimore, MD 21211. You may also choose to pick-up at the 32nd Street Farmers Market on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up typically within 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready.

If you are picking up at our warehouse, you may park in the Art With A Heart parking lot and enter the main building vestibule that faces Falls Road. Your order will be waiting for you in the vestibule window with your name on it.

IMPORTANT Orders placed for pick-up will typically not be ready same day. Our warehouse and order fulfillment team are not scheduled 24-7. If your order is urgent, rather than ordering online, please call our shop at (667) 212 1029 to see if the items you need are in-stock and available for immediate pickup. Our team will attempt to reach out if a pick-up order is unclaimed after two weeks. Wight Tea Company will not refund your unclaimed order unless requested specifically.

HOW IS SHIPPING CHARGED?

Shipping will be calculated at charged at time of checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

While we are a small team, we do our best to process and ship every order within 48 hours. We typically ship with USPS and have seen most packages arrive within one to five days of shipping.

CAN I GET EXPEDITED OR RUSH PROCESSING OR SHIPPING?

Rush orders can be requested, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please email joseph@wighttea.com if you have an urgent need. Make sure include "URGENT" in your email subject.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been packed and prepared to ship. If you do not receive an email within two business days, email joseph@wighttea.com to inquire.
