Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you providing your honest opinion, though I'm sorry to hear you weren't a big fan. If you still have some of your Red Rooibos left, and are open to suggestions, I'd love to offer some tips on how you might enjoy it more next time!
Red Rooibos Powder is a lot like Matcha in that it doesn't actually dissolve which is why it naturally has a gritty texture. To fix this, we recommend using your favorite dairy or non-dairy milk to help cut the grittiness and suspend the powder so you aren't left with too much powder at the end of your drink.
If you're already using the powder in a latte, we recommend using less powder per drink or making a smaller beverage (try a 4-6oz mug instead of an 8oz mug). This might help because you'll finish your drink faster instead of letting it sit long enough for the powder to settle.
If all else fails and you can't get the right consistency (but still enjoy the flavor), we'd highly recommend using your leftover Red Rooibos Powder for baking! We've tried some recipes for cookies and cakes; they are delightful!
