How to Use
Before you brew, add boiling water to the empty pot, let it sit for 30 seconds to a minute to warm the cast iron, then pour it out. A warm pot keeps your tea hot longer. Then add loose leaf tea to the infuser basket, pour in fresh hot water from your kettle, and lift out the infuser when your tea is ready so it doesn't over-steep.
Care
- Not for stovetop or direct heat. This is a teapot, not a kettle.
- Rinse with warm water after each use and dry thoroughly, inside and out. Don't let tea or water sit in the pot.
- No soap, dishwasher, or microwave.
