Tart, herbaceous, and a little bit sweet.
Green rooibos, lemon peel and a pop of basil make a tart, herbaceous cup with a delicate blueberry sweetness. It works just as well hot as it does over ice. Make a big pitcher in the summer, or a mug on a slow afternoon.
No caffeine, so it's great any time of day, and for kids too.
